The complete Stub-EASE II™ system — every trade size, every height. NEC 300.15(F) / 300.17(F) compliant.
The Stub-EASE II™ (Convex Cap) is a precision-molded assembly. The depressed guide strip centers the extraction bit. Four talons project off the top surface, flex flat during the pour, and spring back to mark the stub-up location above finished grade.
Extraction: Insert a spade bit tip into the engineered depression on the cap top surface. Run impact driver in reverse. Cap threads out cleanly — conduit interior is clean and ready for wire pull. No damage to conduit, no concrete debris.
Spade bit seats in the guide strip, impact driver reverses, cap threads counterclockwise out of the PVC elbow — exposing a clean raceway. Metallic conduit threads directly in per NEC 300.15(F) (2023 NEC) / NEC 300.17(F) (2026 NEC).
Metallic or PVC Raceway — Your Choice
The Bend-EASE™ elbow is code-compliant with both metallic (EMT/RMC) and PVC below-slab raceways. Whether your run is metallic or PVC, the elbow adds zero grounding burden beyond standard practice for the raceway type used. That means one product covers your entire project regardless of raceway spec — no substitutions, no exceptions.
CONTINUING WITH METALLIC ABOVE THE SLAB
Bend-EASE™ elbows were designed and tested to meet UL specifications under UL 651 and UL 514B (CSUE File E503889) for concrete-tight applications. When continuing the run with metallic conduit (EMT or Rigid) above the slab, two field-proven methods comply with NEC 300.17(F) (2026 NEC) / NEC 300.15(F) (2023 NEC):
Single-Piece Transition Coupling
SP Products PVC-to-EMT Transition Coupling — glues directly onto the end of the Bend-EASE™ elbow. Manufactured to meet or exceed UL 651 specifications — the same standard as the Bend-EASE™ elbow.
Two-Piece Method
Glue a standard Schedule 40 PVC Female Adapter onto the Bend-EASE™ elbow, then thread a standard EMT connector into the female threads. Standard parts, widely available.
Both methods maintain the integrity of the installation and meet current NEC requirements for fittings used in place of a box or conduit body, provided no conductors are spliced or terminated inside the fitting.
All three Stub-EASE II™ components are available for individual purchase in bulk quantities. Minimum order 1,000 pieces per component. Pricing below is per-piece at minimum order quantity. Contact us to place a bulk order or discuss volume pricing.

Safety case for Stub-EASE II™ on active working walking surfaces. Formatted for safety managers and GCs.
Step-by-step visual guide showing the full Stub-EASE II™ system from conduit run through cap extraction.
Riding trowel, hand trowel, power float — the cap lays flat, the concrete fills around it, the talons spring back up. The stub-up is protected, the walking surface is clean, and there is nothing to mark or flag.
The Stand-EASE™ support bracket holds conduit stub-ups at precise height through the pour cycle — adjustable to match any slab thickness, steel in either trade size. Every unit ships as part of the complete Stub-EASE II™ kit.
A convex cap with a depressed guide strip to position the extraction spade bit and four talons that project off the top surface. Flexes flat under a power trowel blade. Self-rights in two seconds. Ships pre-assembled in every Stub-EASE II™ kit. Also available for separate bulk order — 1,000-pc minimum.
Metallic Bend-EASE™ and metallic Stand-EASE™ variants have been discontinued. Per NEC 300.15(F) (2023 NEC) / NEC 300.17(F) (2026 NEC), the PVC Bend-EASE™ elbow is the code-compliant path for both metallic and PVC below-slab raceways — no metallic elbow required.
Two components that work in tandem for below-grade and riser applications. The SEG18 is an 18" Z80 galvanized grade stake driven into grade with an impact driver — features an integrated hex attachment point so you hit your exact elevation without guesswork. Riser-EASE™ click-locks onto the SEG18 to accept conduit rising from below the slab, replacing Bend-EASE™ in vertical riser configurations. Patent Pending 19/022,537.
Ceiling-mount solution for overhead conduit stub-down locations. Same proven cap, inverted application — protects conduit endpoints dropping from above.
