Delivery & Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Online orders placed through stubease.com are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation, subject to product availability. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

For time-sensitive project needs or large-quantity orders, contact us directly at orders@stubease.com or before placing your order so we can confirm lead time and availability.

Carriers

CSUE Technologies ships via the following carriers, selected based on order size, destination, and availability:

• UPS Ground / UPS 2-Day Air
• FedEx Ground / FedEx Express
• USPS Priority Mail (small quantities only)
• Common freight carrier (LTL) for pallet-quantity orders

Carrier selection is made by CSUE Technologies at our discretion. Requests for a specific carrier may be accommodated where feasible — contact us at orders@stubease.com prior to order placement.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination zip code. Rates displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the selected carrier and may be adjusted if the actual shipment dimensions or weight differ materially from the estimate.

CSUE Technologies does not markup shipping rates. You pay the carrier rate plus any applicable handling fee for packing and preparation.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods. Any such promotion will be displayed at checkout and is subject to its own terms.

Domestic Shipments Only

At this time, CSUE Technologies accepts and ships online orders within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally through the online store.

For project inquiries outside the contiguous United States or for export orders, contact undercover@stubease.com to discuss availability and shipping arrangements directly.

Freight and Large-Quantity Orders

Orders exceeding standard parcel shipping thresholds (generally 150 lbs or pallet quantities) will be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) common carrier freight. For freight orders:

• Freight quotes are provided separately prior to order finalization
• Delivery is to a loading dock or commercial address by default — residential or jobsite delivery may incur additional carrier charges
• Freight deliveries require the recipient to inspect for visible damage at time of delivery and to note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
• CSUE Technologies is not responsible for freight damage that was not noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

1. Document the damage with photographs of the outer packaging and the product before opening completely
2. Notify CSUE Technologies within 48 hours of delivery at orders@stubease.com with your order number and photographs
3. Retain all original packaging materials — the carrier may require inspection

Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement or credit. CSUE Technologies will work with the carrier on your behalf for claims submitted within this window.

Purchase Order (PO) Orders

Customers with established accounts may submit purchase orders directly to undercover@stubease.com. Purchase order fulfillment is subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of account establishment and is not governed by this online shipping policy. Distributor and contractor accounts should contact us directly to discuss terms, lead times, and pricing.
