The Stub-EASE™ product family consists of commercial construction safety components. These products are classified as EAR99 items under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and are not subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) controls. Nonetheless, all sales are currently limited to domestic U.S. commercial transactions only.
Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that any product acquired through this Site is used in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. CSUE Technologies makes no representation that products described on this Site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States.

Product warranty: Stub-EASE II™ components are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty is limited to replacement of defective product and does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or conditions beyond the product's intended application. This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided with respect to CSUE Technologies products. No other warranties, express or implied, are made.
These terms and any disputes arising from use of the Site or purchase of products through the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
CSUE Technologies reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights without the requirement of posting a bond or other security.
