Return & Refund Policy

CSUE Technologies sells industrial construction products. Our return policy reflects the commercial nature of these transactions.

Overview

CSUE Technologies, Inc. manufactures and sells Stub-EASE II™ and related components as commercial construction safety products. Our online store serves customers who wish to purchase product directly in smaller quantities for project evaluation or job-specific use. Because our products are precision-manufactured industrial components, our return policy is designed to reflect the commercial nature of these transactions.

All sales are considered final once product has been installed, opened, or deployed on a jobsite. We do not accept returns of product that has been used, partially used, opened from original packaging for use, or installed in any capacity.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions — all conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted in writing to orders@stubease.com within 15 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The product is in original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging — individual packs must be sealed and unbroken
  • The product has not been installed, deployed, or used in any capacity
  • The product is in resalable condition with no damage, markings, or alterations
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by CSUE Technologies prior to shipping the return
  • The original order number and proof of purchase accompany the return

Returns that do not meet all of the above conditions will be refused at our facility and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened product — any product removed from its original sealed packaging
  • Installed or used product — any product that has been placed, embedded, poured around, or otherwise deployed on a jobsite or in any other application
  • Custom or special-order quantities — orders configured or manufactured to a specific project specification
  • Bulk or pallet-quantity orders — orders exceeding 50 units per SKU
  • Product purchased more than 15 days prior to the return request
  • Product purchased through a distributor — distributor purchases are governed by the terms of your distributor agreement, not this policy
  • Closeout or clearance product sold as-is
  • Product damaged by the customer after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps exactly. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

  1. Email orders@stubease.com with your order number, the SKU(s) you wish to return, the quantity, and the reason for the return
  2. CSUE Technologies will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with either an RMA number and return instructions, or a written explanation of why the return does not qualify
  3. If approved, package the product securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a CSUE Technologies shipping error or a confirmed product defect
  6. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. CSUE Technologies is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

Restocking Fee: Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee applied to the product subtotal. This fee reflects the cost of inspection, repackaging, and quality verification required before any product can be returned to inventory.

Refunds

Once a returned shipment is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email of the inspection result. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection approval
  • The refund amount will reflect the original product purchase price, less the 25% restocking fee and less any original shipping charges paid
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error

If the returned product fails inspection — meaning it does not meet the return eligibility conditions listed above — the product will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

No exceptions will be made to this policy for product that has been opened, installed, or used, regardless of the quantity purchased or the reason stated.

Defective Product and Shipping Errors

If you receive product that is defective due to a manufacturing error, or if CSUE Technologies ships the wrong product or quantity, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. To report a defect or shipping error:

  • Contact orders@stubease.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photographs of the defect or incorrect product and the original packaging
  • Include your order number

Defect and error claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement, credit, or refund. CSUE Technologies will, at our sole discretion, replace defective product, issue a credit, or provide a full refund for confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping errors reported within the required window.

Distributor and Purchase Order Purchases

Products purchased through an authorized distributor or via a formal purchase order are not subject to this online return policy. Return and credit terms for distributor and PO transactions are governed by the separate commercial terms agreed upon at the time of account establishment.
